    1996 Johnson 70hp outboard motor (J70TLEU) fuel pump

    My 1996 70hp outboard motor (J70TLEU) currently has a VRO fuel pump. Have disconnected the oil tank and pre-mix oil in gas tank. Is there a regular fuel pump I can use to replace the Original VRO pump as it needs replaced.

    Motor tries to kick up going forward

    I have a 70hp Johnson on my 21' pontoon. Why does the engine try to kick up when going forward? Plenty of water depth.
