I have recently had my motor rebuilt. I have about 20-25 hours on it since the rebuild. The motor is not very responsive from low rpms. Could the carb need tuning? At high speeds, it is fine, and from reading other threads I assume the high needle is fixed. Will adjusting the 3 fuel mixture...
