I have a '99 Cobalt 190 with 5.0 GISX PWTR Volvo Penta engine (serial# 4110182291). I didn't winterize it properly and according the the marina have a frozen/busted engine. Was quoted $6000 for replacement by marina - ouch!!!! I simply can't afford to fix it right now and am looking for a way...
