Anyone have any tips on removing a rusted swivel pin? I'm thinking of just cutting the mounting bolts heads on top and in bolting the bottom. Also l looks like the soft shat needs to be unclipped. I would use e a cherry picker to hold the motor and replace...or is it easier to...

Is it normal for the lower mounts to leak water like seem in my video? The mid section where the mounts are located at the bottom there look like the mid section was cracked at some point when i removed those covers. not sure if that's normal... boat has been used like this for 3...
