I just changed the impeller on my Merc which was running great. When I put it back together though I have mixed up the gearing. I have put the gear shaft in several different ways now and still cannot get it to run with FWD NTRL and RVRS gears all working.
Is there a method to do this and get...
I have a 270 leg that had water in it from the bellows.
I have replaced now and filled to the correct level with new oil.
I took it out on the water and I still have a slipping problem.
I checked the leg oil and it is good.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
