Someone gave me this old boat, its a 19' Glaspar, 1987. I'm told the motor and outdrive work fine. Its a 4.3L Mercruiser engine. Everything else in the boat gets power except the motor. Someone removed the control box, do I have to have the control box to start the engine? Just wondering if it...
