I have a 2004 johnson 4 stroke. The Trim on the handle will go down, but cant get it to go up, except sometimes in neutral. The trim button on the motor itself will rasie the motor up and down just fine. My guess is I have a wiring problem in the handle! Does anyone have any thoughts on this and...
