These actually came much clearner than excpected, I still need to replace the wood but at least the vinyl is clean. Does anyone know of the top of their head what thickness of wood they used?
OK the gas tank is exposed, I removed the inlet fuel line and put a hose in their to try and siphon out the gas, all I ended up with is a beard that smells like 93 octane. I am having trouble doing it this way, I have a drill pump for removing the oil and also a hand pump for removing the oil...
OK guys I drilled several samples holes in the stringers and this is how the wood shavings come back, rotten need replacing? the glass over the stringes is still very strong but need to know what I am looking at.

Hey guys the boat I am working on has a 4.3 io and has been sitting for 3 years. I am draining the fuel and want to change the oil and filter. (And a few other things while its apart) but my question is do you think if I drain the fuel and put new gas in the oil will be ok long enough to get...
OK here is where we are..what next. we are unsure of how to remove the rest of the floor because it is still ROCK hard and we do not want to damage the hull or anything
Hi all has anyone used a rotozip tool to remove a deck, I am starting the tear down process saturday on my 1999 capri 1850 and all the wood has to come out and I want to make sure i have all the tools we will need when my help arives
