1999 Mercury 115 2+2
There is a leak, seems to be coming out the weep hole, on the accelerator pump. Is there a rebuild kit, or get the whole unit?

I've never seen an adhesive like this before. It is a very dense adhesive foam that was put between the deck/ cap assembly and the stringer top at assembly. The mfg is Nitro/ Tracker. I figure it added support and decreased noise.
