I need a shift rod bushing, '66 40hp Johnson. Is it a common bushing(local marina, auto parts, or hardware store) or a specialty part? Where is the best place to acquire this bushing? I have the seal kit but need the bushing(it is scored on the inside from removal)

1966 40 hp seahorse low propulsion in forward...one second of good thrust off dock then went to low propulsion, barely enough to get back to dock at mid-low throttle. reverse o.k.... how do I attack a problem such as this?
