Hey, just received a nice little 15ft Fiberglass boat from the father in law. Has a 40HP Johnson on it.
He was told at the last marina (as the guy was trying to buy it from him) that the motor had no "high speed". I had it out in a small bay and the engine started and ran fine. Not sure about...
