I found a donor boat to take parts off of to get my boat on the water. It's a 4 bbl 3.8. My 4.3 is currently a 2 bbl, Looking at part numbers the 4 bbl intake is the same as on the 4.3 but not the carb, so the question, Will the 4 bbl carb off the 3.8 be okay on the 4.3? I already searched the...
so i bought an 86 Reinell with a 4.3 and cobra drive that needed a new motor, PO let it freeze. I found a screaming deal on a reman 85 4.3. not realizing the difference would be a problem, I bought it. Think i can make it work IF i can find a coupler with the larger diameter bolt pattern...
