    Painting over gel coat

    After scuffing down the gel coat what else needs to be done to paint it? What is some good primer and paint to use? Thanks

    Hows it going? First post here.

    I know this subject is all over the web. I have a 65 boston whaler hull and I want to resurface the inside of it. How much of the old gel coat do i need to sand to paint it? Also if I do a real good job on prepping for the paint how long do yall think it will last? Thanks
