When I shift from forward to neutral it stalls. I know there is some kind of switch that kills the motor momentarily while shifting, but I'm unsure of it's name, if it's adjustable or if it's the problem (but it sure seems like it probably is).
Can anyone tell me what might cause the 10 amp mini fuse #1 to blow? Afterwards I replaced the oil pump, possibly unnessarily, because of a no oil warning when the fuse blew. The fuse is holding now. I don't want this to happen again. What else does this fuse protect that I could check?

My EMM is most likely the culprit because this happened to me before a couple years ago. No spark, no warning lights. Possibly a clogged orifice in the cooling system caused the EMM to overheat. Took me forever to get it done last time. I don't have forever here in Boston. and the old company...
I seem to have water cooling passageways getting clogged / restricted.. Anyone know a good way to open them up?
Water Pump is fine. Stream out back is dribling. Salt water engine but motor is tilted out of water when not in use.
Port engine has no spark. I am guessing it's the EMM.
