    Both are vegetation dried and smoked, both odors are offensive to non smokers. Seems silly to feel superior.

    No map or app will identify all the hazard you will find on a river, it changes with the weather. My depth finder is a humminbird, have the map card for it has all the lake maps of Minnesota in it, major rivers too.

    Know why pot smokers think it does not stink up the joint? Because they are high. I get it I am not against it but you go to a concert indoors and somebody breaks out a joint, whole audience knows. If you smoke pot you have zero business looking down at a cigarette smoker, you are doing the same...

    I worked wildland fire for 25 years, spent many summers in the mountains of the west running around black ground putting fire out, I am well aware of operating above 100 degrees in 2 layers of long sleeve shirts and kevlar pants that don't breath.

    Ground bees you never get stung by just one and they are vicious. They nested in my wood shed where you could not spray them, I could only load and stack wood at night but every September skunks would dig out every ground bee nest on the property.

    Have the depth finders charged, the auger and the cameras ready to go, rods rigged for jigging. My 14 year old nephew is coming up to fish. He will get the whole experience Friday night out in a wheel house eating pizza jigging for crappies. Saturday we sit in the dark house and jig for pike...

    I used to shoot skunks until I learned that they did out ground bee nests and eat the larva. I guess I dislike ground bees more than skunks

    I once went to retrieve a dead squirrel from a trap in the yard my neighbor saw me and gave me the finger, I just smiled and waved. People are funny about things sometimes.
