    is 1100 hours on my omc drive too much?

    the guy said it was frozen,,the drive that is,,omc 800, on 21' glasply with 3.8 omc. it turns over,,it has a VIPERTBX14.75x19 rh prop on it with nary a ding. the skeg has absolutely no marks of ever hitting anything,, ( nice ) so should I put some money into this?? is it woth the effort? parts...

    80 glasply 21'

    how much horse power can I switch up to? it has a 3.8 in it,, I plan on heavy loads,, extended runs,,need power and economy, plan on using a mercruiser. Thank you

    repower, 1980 glasply

    I have a beautiful 2100 series, Alaska Bulkhead Hardtop 1980. found on a grocery store pin your ad up board. and got it for an amazing deal. this is a beautiful baot, only 1100 total hours use,,160 omc i/o. want to put an Evinrude Etec on it badly,,what can somebody tell me about this...
