hey guys new to forums hope someone can help. i have a 1990 70 hp evinrude. its on a 24' pontoon boat that i purchase couple of weeks ago. it starts and runs good. when in water it dies from neutral to in gear. once u get in gear it runs very nice( i think). when control lever is wot it seems...
