    Blower Screech

    I recently bought a 1990 Rinker 206 Captiva I/O with a 5.7L Merc engine. When turning on the blower, it begins to screech, like the bearing is locking up. Any ideas? Im not sure even where to look or how difficult it is to replace if thats the problem. Im new to this so any help would be great!!
