I am having a hard time finding the timing specifications for this engine.
I can find the engine manual but the timing specifications don't seem to be included
What is the required timing for this engine and at what RPM?
I know I need to place a jumper between 2 wires to get to base timing mode but where is the connector and what colors are the wires?

Help! my fuel pump module is shooting gas out of the vent when the ignition is turned on.
The boat has been sitting for 3 years not running but the pump module was replaced just before the boat went into hibernation.
What would cause this?
I bought a project boat with a cracked block and intake and have been able to purchase a low mileage replacement long block for it.
The replacement short block has the same block and head casting numbers but is out of a S10 Blazer. Are the cams the same or should I swap them?
