Good Morning, The intake water comes via the thru hull to the live well pump from which there are 2 hoses connected to the pump. Isn't the bottom hose that is connected to the live well pump going to the live well tank and the top hose that goes to the wash down pump going to the washdown hose...

Yes. It is a new installation of a replacement.

The left hose goes to baitwell and the top right hose goes thru a filter into the saltwater pump and out to the saltwater hose
