when tightening the drive gear to u-joint nut (not the u-joint retainer ring nut), the recommended torque in my repair manual is 85 ft-lbs. This is supposed to set the correct preload on the bearings. When mine is torqued to this setting the bearing races cannot be turned by hand. Is this...
