    1998 Johnson Oceanrunner 200 fuel problem

    I have a Johnson Oceanrunner 200 that will start but not stay running. I have changed the bulb and checked for leaks (no leaks). It is cold natured, but does start. It runs great for a minute, but dies when it runs out of fuel. if you can keep pumping the bulb, it will run fine.

    Year of Evinrude motor

    I'm having trouble figuring out the year of am Evinrude motor. The model and serial number are partially gone. It looks like it is 962?? The cowling has Sportwin. Most of the info I have been able to find it looks to be a 9.5hp, but I'm not sure about that either. Any help would be appreciated.
