Hi I am interested in purchasing a lowe 14ft mod v jon boat. It would come with a tiller but instead I want to go to a shop and install a center console. After that what would I do? Do I buy a steering wheel, throttle, and install that than hook it up to the motor or should I just go to the shop...
Have any of you guys with tougher model boats boated in ice. I have seen some deep v models doing it in 2 inch ice and supposedly it didn't affect the hull at all. Actually smoothed it out a bit they told us. Tell us if you have and how you did it and if it screwed up your boat at all
