2011 50elpt 4 stroke. Just had motor and prop shaft replaced after nasty rock hit. First weekend out sounded fine but didn't open her up at all. Next weekend tubing - good workout - didn't notice anything but didn't idle much. Next weekend fishing - good rpm's and speed - but went to troll...
So after finally getting the right prop for my pontoon boat I took her out for a test this weekend - still wasn't getting the rpm I wanted but better (4800). Adjusted the throttle and picked up 200, but then - paying attention to rpms instead of the depth finder - smack!!
