    Carb sync ? for the yami techs?

    I have a some Yamaha 25's that refuse to idle down past the red arrow on the throttle without stalling. I am told this is caused by the two carbs not being in sync. Whats the correct procedure for syncing these carbs? BTW they are 2006 25hp two strokes.

    05 8hp 2 stroke wont pee!

    Instead of a steady stream, water is just dribbling out. Checked the water pump and its in good shape. Pulled the two inspection curves and the thermostat and everyhting looks good there as well. My only thought is that some sand has clogged the pee hole. wahts your thoughts.

    Etech

    A friend of ours just purchased a Etech 90 HP. The motor is every thing that is claimed in regards to noise, economy, emmissions and power. If I only had one word to describe it it would be "refined". Cant wait till 9.9 Etechs become available as I am considering buying 15 of em.

    Porpoising aluminum boat.

    I have a semi v hulled jon boat with a yam 60 on it that porpoises unless the motor is trimmed down quit a ways. IE the flat, top surface of the cowl is not paralell with the water, but rather lower in the back than front. The AV plate is level with the hull bottom. What can I do to fix this...

    I always here people talking about the practice, but in our commercial fleet we have never de carb any of them. The motors are kept for 5-7 years and are ran every single day May-Sept. The last one I tore down because of a leaky gasket was pretty clean with very minimal deposits on the piston...
