Does anyone have a recommendation on a good repair manual that covers a 1997 25 hp merc? I have the factory manual but it does not have much info other than good parts lists and some descriptions of electrical systems.

I have been looking for a short shaft 25-35 hp outboard to use with my 16' flat bottom aluminum boat. Its been tough finding one. I live in West Michigan (Grand Rapids). I'm hoping someone in the forum who is from the area and may know someone who has what I'm looking for sees this post.
