1999 Rinker 232
Problem: I cannot pump from marina pump into boat gas tank, while boat is in the water. I have tried when the water is calm also.
I take off the gas cap and I see gas floating in the neck of the tank about 2 inches below where the cap screws in. I know I am down to 1/4 tank...

Problem: Cannot pump gas into tank when the boat is in the water.
Last year filled boat on land, except once at end of season when runnig low and tried to add gas at marina pump with less than 1/4 tank showing on gauge (while boat is in water)...
