    honda 15hp outboard motor knocks on start up and wont take off need help!!!!

    its a earlier 2000 motor. when i first fire up the motor is when it will do this the most, but sometimes it does it after driving it all day. It will Knock and shake like its only firing on one cylinder. Sometimes taking out the spark plugs and simply putting them back in makes it work, others...
