Just pick up a bayliner 2850 w the 5.7l Volvo 260. It stopped shifting and it's already in the water. Is it ok to take the shift linkage cover off the drive, while it's in the water? Want to see what's going on...
Anyone know if someone makes a steering hub extension? I'd be a lot more comfortable if my wheel came out another 2 inches. I feel like I lean over a lot, instead of sitting back in the chair.
Hey there ... boating season is starting here in CT and I want to upgrade my older Lowrance fish finder to something with GPS. I like the looks of the Lowrance HDS-5, but see a new Elite 5 too. Any thoughts on these combo Sonar/GPS units?
I got an Attwood Avenir from iboats and love the design. The white plastic shell doesn't seem to line up with the t-bolts in the black seat pan itself. I must be doing something wrong. Any advice?
