Ok here is the deal i bought this boat, evinrude 1982 75 hp. The bad thing is I rebulit the carbs. then come to find out it has low compression in the top cylinder it reads about 95, then the bottom two read 125-130. I need advice what I might be able to do, the motor does not like to ideal low...
