Got issues. Won't go over 300 rpm...cleaned carbs all good. Tested fuel with seperate tank still the same. Friend sent me a used stator and trigger. Replaced and still an issue but know won't even idle. The stator he sent grounds differently then mine, could that be the first issue? Boat a...
