My motor has trouble staying running. I have noticed a lot of oil (sludge) built up at the propeller shaft where it exhausts. The motor won't stay running for any amount of time. I have tried to pump the ball to keep fuel going to the motor, but it doesn't seem to help. I have pulled the plugs...
I have recently found out my 2000 175HP Ocean Pro's #2 Cylinder was dead. Tested VRO Pump and Oil side wasn't working and fried it. Looking at buying a2000 200HP Johnson. Will parts from the 175HP work on the 200HP? Thanks.
