    where to put antifreeze?

    i have a 1987 chaparral 187 xl with the 4.3 OMC i read that i could just pour antifreeze through the hoses from the thermostat, but i want to make sure which ones I can and cannot pour antifreeze through.

    water in lower unit

    I checked my lower unit oil today and found it to be a tan/creamy color. i know this is definitely bad but could it just be as simple as changing the o-rings on the fill/drain plug? or is this something bigger? any ideas on some things i could do to try and find my leak?

    as stated above, i had just bought the boat and it didnt come with a battery so i was hoping if anyone could chime in on what type/size battery i can get for it that will do the job and wont be too harsh on the wallet. everything is stock
