chrysler 45 hp no spark

i have a Chrysler 45 hp with mod. # 4575 and serial 1770# i just got it and put it on a rinkerbuilt boat it has spark to only one of the plugs i checked and both coils are good but there is a brown and blue wire and a white and blue wire they hook up to the coils and the blue goes to pos, and...
