    Beautiful Johnson Survivor

It's a 1994. The ad says near new condition. Here's the link: It's not mine. I live in Oregon. Personally, I think it's well worth it. Especially since a tiller is rare here. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1HAiaZyezL/

    Beautiful Johnson Survivor

I was thinking similar. I've been looking closely at that there on other motors like mine because mine had a whole lot less thread showing, and mine was too retarded using static timing.

What kind of boat is this?

Nevermind, I think it's called a tri-hull. I'm reading they are unwanted boats.

Successful Deletion of VST, Primer, & Fuel Pump

I think I posted in your dupe thread. Does the electric fuel pump shut off when the engine dies?

Any clue what this gunk is?

I think I've gotten that gunk when I idled in a barrel too long. Is that what that motor calls for? Unless you have a vintage Johnson, I would think you should be closer to 50:1 - That would be less ounces of oil per gallon than what you are mixing at 24:1. 24:1 seems like way too much oil per...

Exhaust oil mixing with water perhaps.

1994 140hp v4. Hard starting and intermittent rough idling and dying.

Every motor seems to be slightly different, but for mine I have to raise the throttle handle up about an inch and a half, and then just do a squirt when cranking. I don't hold or keep the key pushed in while cranking. But that's just mine. Once the motor is warm, I don't have to push the key in...

XD100 Full Synthetic Light Amber Color

Everything and every search I've done says it's fine using as premix. . "Evinrude XD100 is a premium synthetic 2-stroke oil designed primarily for Evinrude E-TEC and Evinrude Direct Injection (DI) outboard motors. It can also be used in older Evinrude/Johnson FICHT fuel-injection engines...
