    3.7 altinator conversion????

    is there any way to do a budget alt converion on my 3.7 ie junkyard parts.local marinas want $700 for the kit i bet a gm one wire will do the trick but what bracket and pully can be used i havent put alot of thought into this yet but its an idea .who here has done seen it done

    3.7 carb issue

    cnt really go slow for long she starts spudering and shutting off....so do i smell a carb rebuild or what.o yea with the boat off and the breather off i see fuel driping .maybie my pin is stuck and alowing fuel to dump at low idel and flooding the engin .....i need ur thoughts my carb plate says...

    need help over heating issue with 3.7

    i have a 88 stingray 198 ss 3.7 runs great unti u reach op temp about 180 if u slow down it shuts off and coolent and steam start erupting from the four bolt holes that hold the riser to the manifold what is cousing this to happen
