i have recently purchased a 1990 ebbtide dynatrack with a 1986 90 horse evinrude boat starts fine just replaced all spark plugs new water hose etc..
took it out this weekend and in neutral ran good, strong sounding, when i put in gear it lost a lot of power ran smooth just lacked a lot of rpm...
