Hi, I bought a 87 SPL 28hp and have a problem I can't figure out. The motor starts and runs great from idle to about 1/2 throttle. If I try to to go over 1/2throttle it will stall. If I back off it will run fine again. If I don't back off and it stalls it will start back up as long as I back off...
