    1992 johnson 60hp problem

    i can run this motor WOT for a while and it will bog down and cut out cyclinders..hits a limiter at 3000rpm.. i can unplug the temperatur sensor next to the thermostat and it runs fine.. are these sensors famous for going out?? it seems like it would do it more and more often in the past few...

    1992 johnson 60hp problem

    i can run the motor wide open and trimmed out and this will happen sometimes sometimes it will just bog down and it wont go over 2500rpms. turn it off let it sit for a min then it will run fine and it will do it again.. any ideas?

    im wanting to get a little more top end out the motor.. ive played with props but what kind of mods can i do to the motor thats simple and bolt on if any??
