I have a pre '97 Honda 40 hp outboard. Mono got wrapped around the prop shaft and now the seal is leaking. How hard is that to diy and would I need any special tools? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me. Bill
I ordered a carb rebuild kit for my 1995 15 hp Force outboard but I have no idea how to do the actual rebuild. No instructions were sent with the kit. Anyone know of a source of info on how to do this? Thanks in advance. Bill
I have looked everywhere but can't locate this part. The thermostat is different from all the the other Force outboards. Any suggestions? iboats.com does not carry this either.
Just aquired this motor. No water from pee hole. I removed the thermostat. Still no love. I put a water hose to the thermostat hole and was able to flush some water out of the intakes (got really wet).
