Hi all. I just bought a 12' Smokercraft on a Caulkins trailer. It's a '98 boat and '99 trailer, neither of which have ever been in the water due to previous owner's health issues.
I will be replacing the tires on it due to their age as I will be trailering about 150 miles at Interstate...

Hello. I inherited a 1972 Johnson 4hp that has a broken friction cylinder - there's two halves that sit inside the motor housing and cradle the throttle lever to allow it to turn smoothly (though not when broken!)
Anyway, I ordered another friction cylinder, plus a bushing the parts diagram...
