1966 9.5hp Sport twin. Carb cleaned, new plugs, compression good. It starts right up, but dies after 3sec. or so. The throttle arm is a bit stiff as well, not much movement. Feel like it should turn more than about 1/2 in, like it's sticking up inside. Please help, not familiar with boat motors...
