So I got it all back together. It’s not working though. It was making a wierd popping buzzing noise from the white boxes on the image. It was doing this yesterday before I noticed the magnet having come loose. Magnet is secure. Motor rotates freely there.

Also, in the top where the speed control goes, there is a triangle piece of plastic that I thought was symmetrical. It is not. How do I determine the proper orientation ? It is a continuous speed motor not 5 speed.
