I have a 2000 alpha 1 mercruiser w/5.0L V8. I have a 4 blade SS prop from a Yamaha, which is a universal mount to fit Mercruiser. It fits on the shaft perfect and I have the correct back thrust washer. I was informed that there is a special castle nut I need to bolt it on the shaft. Can anyone...
