    Can I put a 5.7 in a boat that has a 4.3 currently this is a 17ft cuddy cabin

    I have a Sea Swirl 17 ft cuddy cabin 1989 and I would like to put a 5.7 in it. Has anyone done this?

    shifter cable stuck

    I have a 5.7L OMC that is hard to shift. Using Sturate's web site the shift cabe has a pull of over 8 pounds using a spring scale to check. I am trying to replace the shift cable but it won't pull out of the hose it is in. the nut that is part of the cable is loose, but when trying to unscrew...
