    Wesco Trailer torsion axle problem

    Force 9.9 Starting problem

    mod# 92F98 ser# 1296 Tiller. I think the linkage has been tampered with. Instructions say, place slide in nutral,turn throttle to full .Problem is that the throttle is locked in thet position. To get the throttle to open I have to move the slide forward but then that takes it out of neutral...
