Have looked on ebay, craigslist for a user manual with no luck, so I will give this forum a try.
Recieved Speedtrol Model 84 downrigger for free from a friend, it works but plastic cover is cracked and salt water get inside.
Waiting for a cover to be sent to me from Incoe Company in Michigan...
