2001 Johnson exhaust smoke

I have a 2001 Johnson 90 horse Ocean Pro that smokes through the exhaust. mostly when I start up or idol. I changed the fuel/water seperater and the spark plugs and it still smokes. the engine runs very well even when idoling just alot of smoke. could you give me some new ideas to try. I leave for the Florida Keys in two weeks and would like to get this fixed. Thanks.

when was the last time the motor was decarbed? that may help

seafoam, decarb, have a good time, will be at Little Torch Key, the last 2 weeks of August.

Thanks alot guys. I decarbed it with the seafoam and and it has stopped smoking. Thanks again and enjoy youself in the keys.
