anyone know if merc and omc use the same transom patterns also honda and yamaha etc.

All late model outboards use the same transom bolt pattern that Johnson and Evinrude pioneered in 1960.

oh 550 huh? <br />I think I'll be ok for a while..<br /><br />Very clever response but I thought I had read that 300hp or so changed which still would'nt be a problem for me..
