I use the "Harry's" brand, initial kit is 10 bucks shipped to your door, nice razor, their blade sets are cheap compared to others...less than two bucks for blade set and they last longer than major mfgr blades...had mine for years, no complaints. Cheaper directly from Harry's direct than in any stores. A set of 12 blades lasts me six months easy and shipped to my door for 17 bucks.

Dont buy the Gillette or Schick knock offs from ....you know where. They are already blunter than the bluntest used blunt blade .
Ha , I remember the Remmington razor add ..."I liked it so much I bought the company ".....what a dickhead😆
Gillette fusion is me ,but the blades are stupid expensive here @ around 35 bucks for 5 blade cartridges . I friggin hate shaving ......usually dont bother untill it starts gettin itchy......or untill I gotta visit Mum 😁

Yes, the hot shower does make a big difference. Used the disposable ones for years after the electric shavers became so poorly made. Got a coupon in the mail for a Harry's starter kit for only 5 bucks with free shipping. Ordered one and was very impressed. Had another coupon for blades, four blades for 5 bucks as a trial. Found their blades lasted far longer than the disposable or the Gillette blades at much higher prices. Been using the Harry's for years now....haven't found anything better or cheaper yet !

Yes it will, but not convenient enough....to time consuming, and a real danger to many of the uncoordinated folks that try to use them.

Me too, except I shave in the shower with basic soap. Been doing it that way for many years. Pretty sure I’ve never spent $20 a year for razors

Normal soap make my face look like a pizza. I get well over a year out of 1 can of (Nivea)shave foam and Gillette Fusion razor .

Lots depend on density of a guys beard hair. My father had really tough beard hair. He liked Norelco electric razors. He would wear them out in 6-8 months and return them under warranty ( one year) for replacement. After replacing a few, they ask him what he was cutting ?? My beard was never tough until I got into my late 60's. Beard hair became like wire, the cheap disposable razor blades would actually chip pieces off. Used Gillette for a while but blade only lasted about two weeks at best, then dull and pulled.
With the Harry's blades, I can get a good month or more, then recently found my wife has been using my razor on her legs!!
